Adopted by Butte LAFCo on June 1, 2006.  The City of Oroville, LOAPUD, TID (now TWSD), and SC-OR sections of this MSR have been revised and can be found in the Wastewater Service Providers-Oroville Region Municipal Service Review, adopted by Butte LAFCo on November 5, 2009.  The Richvale Sanitary District section of this MSR has been revised and can be found in the Richvale Sanitary District MSR Update/SOI Plan, which was adopted by Butte LAFCo on July 1, 2010.
